Harbor Medical Clinic was established in 2004 by Dr. James Lambros. It is a primary care clinic aimed at providing affordable, accessible medical care with a focus on providing excellent care that puts the patient first and foremost. Harbor Medical transitioned to a Direct Primary Care model in 2018. People in Ashtabula have come to trust and rely on Dr. Lambros and his thoughtful and thorough care.
New in 2025, Dr. Lambros is teaming up with Nurse Practitioner Gallo to expand the practice and services offered. T Gallo, DNP, RN, NP-C brings to the clinic a specialty in Lifestyle Medicine which is an approach that focuses on disease prevention, health promotion and even chronic disease reversal. The team, Dr. Lambros and Nurse Gallo, will be able to expand hours, capacity and add the Lifestyle Medicine component of primary care to The Harbor Medical Clinic.
Hours: expanded hours will include in-person visits from 08:00 to 5pm Monday through Friday with text, phone and video options, as well. Clients who sign up for the monthly service will have 24/7 access to a practitioner! This type of concierge service is usually quite expensive in major cities, however, Dr. Lambros and Nurse Gallo are committed to improving access to care in Ashtabula.
