Direct primary care – Individual/Family Plans

Direct Primary Care is for everyone!

For those that are uninsured: Your primary health care needs are met within an affordable and predictable monthly fee.

For those with high deductible insurance: DPC is the perfect fit. Your outpatient services are comprehensive. Keeping out-of pocket costs to a minimum.

For those with complete insurance coverage: DPC offers convenience of care and increased accessibility through the ability to text, email, call with your provider. You have the option of longer office visits with minimal wait times.

Direct primary care – Contracts with Employer

Your employer will contract with us and make the monthly premium, or share the monthly premium, giving you the same 24/7 access to care, all visits, Lifestyle Medicine and health coaching as the individual/family plans.

I have been in practice since 1980 as a Surgeon, a Family Practice and an Emergency Room Physician. I have taught, I have retired.

I have missed my patients and my community and realized that I needed to go back to my passion.

So, here we are. The Harbor Doctor is back!

A little about Harbor Nurse Practitioner!

Gallo will be starting a full schedule on March 1, 2025

Gallo’s primary practice perspective is that of Lifestyle Medicine (LM). Lifestyle medicine is a medical specialty that uses therapeutic lifestyle interventions as a primary modality to prevent and treat chronic conditions. LM applies evidence-based, whole-person, prescriptive lifestyle change to treat and, when used intensively, often reverse such conditions. Gallo’s favorite work includes helping folks prevent illness, reverse chronic illness and, when possible, getting off medications.

Gallo is a graduate from Grand Valley High School in Orwell. She completed her undergraduate at University of Cincinnati, her master’s and doctorate at University of San Francisco.

Monday – Friday 1pm – 5pm (evenings and weekends possible)
